While many a woman celeb has posed in the nude, either to endorse a product or for a cause, Gwyneth Paltrow left many confused when she was seen topless in a picture, her right arm stretched out over her left, slightly exposing one of her breasts, as she gazed seriously into the camera. As per an article in The Sun, she was advertising for her G. Label jewellery collection.
Earlier, celebs ranging from Cara Delevingne, Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian, Gillian Anderson, Jennifer Aniston, Kelly Brook, Lady Gaga and JLo have each taken the ‘path of least resistance’ when endorsing products — the path of least resistance in attracting their audiences’ attention, that is.
While Kelly Brook modeled in the nude, showing off Reebok EasyTone trainers on her feet, the Kardashian offspring was advertising for tights from her own brand Skims just as Lady Gaga did for her perfume, Fame, and Heidi Klum went nude for a makeup brand Astor. Even J-Lo went birthday-suit, showing off her perfect curves at 51 years for her 2020-single.
Another person who struck a nude pose for a product was Friends actress Jennifer Aniston. She was advertising for SmartWater. Nah, not water that answers your emails for you or dims your lamps at home while you are still at your desk in the office! According to the brand, SmartWater, with electrolytes added to it, is made smartly — as inspired by the simple process of vapor distillation!
