On the podcast, Prince William, spoke about serving as a rescue pilot in the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) from 2015 to 2017 and how he coped with mental health pressures during his work there. “I learned to prioritize my own mental health,” he said on Twitter.

“In the hope of inspiring a few other people to get active and take some extra time for their own mental health — I wanted to share a few of my stories and favorite songs with you in an episode of Time to Walk,” he said on the podcast.

Revealing he was a headbanger, the prince said he loved Australian hard-rockers AC/DC. He said he listened to the band’s driving 1990 anthem Thunderstruck to ease himself into the working week. He also spoke of his mother, Princess Diana, cranking up the volume on Tina Turner’s hit The Best to alleviate anxiety when driving him and Harry back to boarding school after holidays.

The podcast is available for free on the Apple Music 1 radio station, with the techgiant giving donations to the prince’s chosen charities.
