Allari Naresh turns teacher

A realistic story with a rural background

-

After the super success of Naandi, Allari Naresh has been picking varied roles — his next film under debutant director AR Mohan is in keeping with that trend. With the holding title #Naresh59, it will be set against a rustic backdrop.

The director says, “It’s a film that chronicles the problems of a village. Allari Naresh, as a school teacher, visits the village and learns about the problems. And what follows is grippingly told.”

Mohan reveals that various incidents and experiences in life inspired him to come up with a realistic story.

“I watched Naandi and was blown away by the performance of Naresh garu. I felt he was trying to be versatile by picking up edgy roles, and as such, I thought he would perfectly fit the role of a teacher, something he hasn’t done so far,” Mohan adds.

Shooting for the movie is expected to commence next week.
