When a news chan­nel asked why the chair­man of the Mahin­dra Group spends so much time on so­cial me­dia, Anand Mahin­dra said that Twit­ter as a tool is in­dis­pens­able to him, adding, “… it was a pow­er­ful cock­pit tool for a CEO, for free.” Call­ing Twit­ter a ‘neu­ral net­work’, he said that Twit­ter helps him trans­mit and re­ceive in­for­ma­tion from across the globe.
