Sahaja Yoga for Inner Peace and Stress Relief

Inner peace and manage stress through Sahaja Yoga (SY) Meditation appears to be going strong by the meditators’ special efforts to spread the message of divine love envisioned by Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. This is taking place in all the countries including most of Indian urban and rural areas wherever Shri Mataji visited or not: some instances:

Power of love and compassion blessed every meditator with the experience of real inner peace and bliss in collective SY meditation programs held in various schools and public programs at Ludhiana, Jalandhar in Punjab. Such program was also held at Goghat, Hoogly, Kolkata, and West Bengal. Joy and Happiness could be seen on everybody’s face after meditation.

Students at the NKTT College, Thane, Maharashtr­a, participat­ing in the SY meditation research initiative, now after attending few weekly sessions, have started meditation at their homes and Society. This move is towards spreading love and making every child Better Child.

SY meditators in Delhi NCR have organised Self- Realisatio­n (SR) program for the visitors of Delhi’s Mughal Garden at entry gate sidelawn in front of M.P flat No,125 (every day 10 am to 5 pm - not on Mondays), for one month from Feb 10. Interested visitors are enjoying both natural beauty of flowers at the garden and also self-realisatio­n process before or after the visit.

A Talk on “Sahaja Yoga for Stress Reduction and Good Health” was presented by Dr. Sandeep Rai and Dr. Madhur Rai at Anushakti Bhavan, Mumbai. This gave an opportunit­y for officers and staff members to understand the benefits of SY meditation.

A public program on SR was held at Saraswati Mandir School in Narora Village and also in Narora Atomic Power Station town-ship organised by the Bulandshah­ar district sahajayoga collectivi­ty.
