Mumbai’s largest fair turns gold for 410 job seekers

Associatio­n of Muslim Profession­als (AMP), in associatio­n with World Memon Organisati­on (WMO) and Mudassir Patel Foundation organized a Mega Job Fair in Mumbai on Saturday. For this Job Fair, District Skill Developmen­t, Employment & Entreprene­urship (DSDE&E), Mumbai, which is part of Government of Maharashtr­a and Teamlease, a Recruitmen­t Consultanc­y were the Co-organisers of the job fair.

The Job Fair was conducted at Alma Latifi Hall, Saboo Siddik College of Engineerin­g, Byculla, to help unemployed youths to get placed in reputed mainstream Corporates and to provide opportunit­ies to the needy without any discrimina­tion of caste and creed.

Through this unique event, the organizers endeavoure­d to give back to the Nation what they have received by helping the youth get Jobs.

At the end of the day around 410 candidates were given onthe-spot offers by the recruiters while 850 were shortliste­d for the next round.
