Rahul fears EVM fraud can still tilt in favour of BJP

Congress Pres­i­dent Rahul Gandhi has ex­pressed ap­pre­hen­sions that votes in favour of his party in all three BJPruled states of Ra­jasthan, Mad­hya Pradesh and Ch­hat­tis­garh can still be ma­nip­u­lated through the elec­tronic vot­ing ma­chines (EVMs). "In Modi''s In­dia, the EVMs have mys­te­ri­ous power," he said in a tweet, alert­ing the Congress work­ers to be vig­i­lant un­til the day of the count­ing on Tues­day as the EVMs can be stolen. He cited an ex­am­ple of Mad­hya Pradesh where he said some stole the EVMs and were later found drink­ing. "In MP, EVM's be­haved strangely af­ter polling. Some stole a bus and van­ished for two days! Oth­ers slipped away and were found drink­ing in a ho­tel."
