Genuine questions

It is such a travesty that people who recreated the assassination of the father of the nation were filed under the ordinary sections of Indian Panel Code and the students who voiced their dissent in JNU were filed under Section 124A. It shows how the law of the land works: the National Security Act is invoked for those who are accused of cow slaughter, sedition is invoked for those who dissent, but neither is invoked for those denigrate the Father of the nation. Can I dare to ask the question to the government that why this discrimination and using the law by its choice? Is this in favour of the country? — Mohd Umar
