POSSESSION NOTICE (See Rule 8 (i)) Whereas, The Authorized Officer of the Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank Limited under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued demand notice dated 23.06.2017 calling upon the Borrower, M/s. Anajli Tours & Travels & Others to pay the amount mentioned in the said notice being Rs. 1,75,91,223.94 (Rupees One Crore Seventy Five Lakhs Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Three and Paise Ninety Four only) as on 31.05.2017 together with further interest thereon within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The Borrower/Mortgagors/Guarantors having failed to pay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned on 08.02.2019 has taken physical possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-Section (4) Section 13 of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, as per the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by Hon’ble I/C Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai.
