No. BOM/W-GS/ HSG (TC)/9734 of 1997 - 98), having its registered office at 10/153, Adarsh Nagar, Worli, Mumbai 400 030 and operative office at 2/19 Adarsh Nagar, Worli, Mumbai 400 030, holding 5 shares of Rs. 50/- each bearing distinctive Nos. 26 to 30 (both inclusive), as described in share certificate No. 6 dt. 15/07/1999 (Member's Register No.6) and Flat No. 6, (admeasuring 440 sq. ft. Carpet area, equivalent to 40.89 Sq. Mtrs. Carpet area) on the 2nd Floor of the building No. 1 of 'A' Adarsh Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., situated at Adarsh Nagar, Worli, Mumbai-400 030, Plot bearing C.T.S. No. 16 pt. of Mahim Division. Our clients 1) Mrs. Aarti Ruturaj Salaskar, (Ms. Aarti Pramod Sawant before marriage), 2) Mr. Ruturaj Chandrashekhar Salaskar & 3) Mrs. Priyanka Chandrashekhar Salaskar, are negotiating with him to purchase the said flat with said shares and they intend to avail the loan from the financial institution / Bank. Further it has been noticed that initially the said flat was allotted to one Mr. Eric Gilbert by MHADA. After his sad demise the said flat was transferred to the name of his wife Mrs. Ellen Eric Gilbert by the society. Further Vide indenture of Agreement executed on 25/06/1997 entered into between said Mrs. Ellen Eric Gilbert and the seller Mr. Ramlu Buchaiah Shekelli, the said flat and shares thereto are transferred to the name of Mr. Ramlu Buchaiah Shekelli, along with title, right, interest and benefits, who is the seller / transferor in this transaction. Further the sell/transferor has declared that there is no Loan &/or encumbrances on the said flat except the mortgage against the Credit facility for C.C. limit on reducing balance basis to the extent of amount of Rs. 2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore fifty Lakhs Only) of Axis Bank, Nariman Point Branch.
If any persons or institutions having any claim in respect of the said shares and flat by way of sale, exchange, mortgage, charge. gift, trust, maintenance, inheritance, possession, lease, lien, partnership rights or otherwise howsoever. are hereby required to make the same know to undersigned along with documentary evidence. at following address. within 14 days hereof: failing which it shall be presume that there is no claim over the said Property and deemed to have been waived and /or abandoned.

Miss. Namrata Satish Wagh who claim to be the legal heir and representative of the said deceased member, has made an application to the Society for transfer/transmission of the right and interest of the said deceased member in the said Flat and the five shares of the Society. If anyone is having any claim/objection in the matter he should send his claim/objection in writing to the Secretary of the Society within 15 (Fifteen) days. Thereafter no claim shall be entertained and the Society shall be free to deal with the same as it deems fit.
