Rathod nets winner

Jai Hind SC played with plenty of determination and managed to pull off a narrow 1-0 win against Satya Vijaya SC in a hard-fought Super League play-off match of the 23rd Shri Late Ramanath Payyade Memorial Footballat Karnatak Sports Centre, Cross Maidan. Striker Kumar Rathod netted the lone goal to enable Jai Hind finish with a win and claim all the three points.

In another match, Star of Canara SC and Mangalore Bluse shared two goals and two points as they played out a 1-1 draw. Melwyn Vaz was on target for Star of Canara, while Aaron Machado scored for Mangalore Blues.
