Natco Pharma reports 27 % fall in net

NEW DELHI: Drug firm Natco Pharma reported a 26.72 per cent fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 159.3 crore for the December 2018 quarter, mainly on account of margin reduction of Oseltamivir in the US market. It had posted a net profit of Rs 217.4 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Natco Pharma said in a filing to BSE. Consolidated total revenue of the company stood at Rs 580 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 573.6 crore for the same period a year ago.
