PUDUCHERRY CM HAS A NIGHT OUT

Chief Minister V Narayanasamy had a night out – in fact, he slept on the road outside Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi's residence, in the latest spat between the Union Territory's Congress government and the former IPS officer. The provocation for the unusual protest was Bedi's directive making wearing helmets compulsory for motorists with immediate effect. Narayanasamy, however, is against it and wants the rule to be implemented in phases.
