CM Fadnavis forgets to pay tribute

-

As the nation mourns terror attack in Pulwama, which led to the deaths of 42 CRPF jawans, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shiv Sena leaders were busy finalising seat-sharing formula as an alliance for ensuing Lok Sabha polls. Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis was so excited as he convinced the Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray to tie the knot with the BJP, who, during the event, even forgot to pay tribute to the martyrs. Addressing the media at Hotel Blue Sea in Worli on Monday evening, Fadnavis announced the decision of alliance. He explained why the alliance was necessary and also declared the seat-sharing formula at this moment. However, Uddhav, at the beginning of his media address, first paid tribute to Pulwama martyrs. Uddhav reminded what Prime Minister Narendra Modi had declared few years back. Uddhav expressed his desire that the time has come when Modi should take revenge by waging a war in Pakistan. "I had said that elections will come and go, it keeps happening, but India should not ignore such incidents," said Uddhav.
