State yet to finalise firm for the project

Though bid process for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP) had been closed on January 24, and the two companies — Adani Group and Dubai-based Seclink Group, who participated and showed interest to undertake the slum rehab project, the state govt has not yet finished its scrutiny process, resulting in project extension. According to D K Jain, the chief secretary of state said, “The scrutiny of these two companies is still on and only when it completes. Hence, we have not yet finalised to disclose the names as to who will be assigned for the project.”
