SAIL organises cricket match for Indian steel industry

Union Minister of Steel Chaudhary Birender Singh inaugurated a cricket match organised by Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for the entire domestic Steel Industry at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, in New Delhi on Tuesday. The cricket match was a part of Diamond Jubilee celebrations by SAIL to commemorate its sixty years of production. Appreciating the effort, Steel Minister said, “This is a great initiative by SAIL to bring the entire industry under one umbrella. Sports is very good way to keep healthy and only healthy minds can brave the challenges and think beyond today.” Before the jamtch started, a two minute silence was also observed in solidarity of the terror attack in Pulwama.
