WORLD COURT SAYS ‘NO’ TO PAK PLEA
THE HAGUE: The International Court of Justice on Tuesday refused to entertain Pakistan's request to adjourn the hearing in Kulbhushan Jadhav case, so that a new ad hoc judge could be appointed. Its nominated ad hoc judge had a cardiac attack on Monday, ahead of the hearing. But the world court declined Pakistan's plea and asked it to continue with its arguments in the absence of the ad hoc judge.
