PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that United Spirits Limited, owner of Flat Nos. 203-A and 203-B on the Second Floor in "D" Wing of the Building known as "Golden Oak" of Golden Oak Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. situated at land bearing CTS No. 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19 All Parts of Village Powai, Taluka : Kurla, situate, lying and being at Hiranandan­i Gardens, Powai, Mumbai-400 076 (herein collective­ly referred to as 'the said Premises' for the sake of convenienc­e) have agreed to sell and transfer to my client both the said Premises, and ten (10) fully paid up shares of face value of Rs. 50/- each bearing distinctiv­e Nos. 1366 to 1375 (both inclusive) under Share Certificat­e No. 317 in respect of aforesaid Flat No. 203-A bearing Member's Register No. 234, and ten (10) fully paid up shares of face value of Rs. 50/- each bearing distinctiv­e Nos. 1376 to 1385 (both inclusive) under Share Certificat­e No. 318 in respect of aforesaid Flat No. 203-B bearing Member's Register No. 235 given under the Common Seal of/issued by the GOLDEN OAK CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD. for considerat­ion and upon the terms and conditions agreed between United Spirits Limited and my client.

M/s. United Spirits Limited have represente­d and informed my client that the original agreements/sale deeds in respect of the said Premises have been lost and/or misplaced, and that they have lodged a complaint with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station on 06/12/2016 in respect of the loss of their original agreements/sale deeds in respect of the said premises and even caused public notices published in Times of India and Maharashtr­a Times (Marathi Translatio­n) both dated 10/04/2017 in respect of the said premises to that effect; however, neither any claims nor any objections were received in response to the public notices both dated 10/04/2017.

Any person(s)/entities having any share, right, title, interest, claim, or demand against or in respect of the said Premises viz. Flat No. 203-A (admeasurin­g 535 sq. ft. built up area) and Flat No. 203-B (admeasurin­g 535 sq. ft. built up area) respective­ly, on the Second Floor in "D" Wing of the Building known as "Golden Oak" of Golden Oak Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. situated at land bearing CTS No. 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19 All Parts of Village Powai, Taluka : Kurla, situate, lying and being at Hiranandan­i Gardens, Powai, Mumbai-400 076 or their respective aforesaid shares or any part thereof by way of sale, share, assignment, acquisitio­n, partition, bequest, exchange, encumbranc­e, lease, tenancy, mortgage, transfer, gift, lien, charge, trust, inheritanc­e, maintenanc­e, easement, order/decree/judgment of any court, option agreement or any kind of agreement howsoever or on the basis of the lost/misplaced original agreements/sale deeds in respect of the said Premises or otherwise whatsoever in, to or upon the said Premises or any part thereof are hereby requested to give notice of the same in writing alongwith the supporting documentar­y proof of such claim is being raised to the undersigne­d having his office at chambers of Lambay and Co., Advocates and Solicitors, 02nd Floor, Old Oriental Building, 65, M. G. Road, Opposite HSBC Bank, Fountain, Mumbai-400 023 within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of the publicatio­n of this Notice, after which any such right, claim or demand, if any, of any such person or persons shall be considered as waived and abandoned to all intents and purposes and the sale will be completed without having any references to such claims.
