idyut Jammwal triggered a meme fest on Twitter, after he accidentally sent a virtual hug to Home Minister Amit Shah, instead of actor Amit Sadh. actor had taken to Twitter to laud the trailer of Jammwal’s upcoming film

Sadh tweeted, “Bro you’re kicking some real asses in this one! As a human being you were always spectacular but the growth that you’ve shown with every film of yours is truly amazing. Everything that you do truly touches my heart. All the best for #KhudaHaafiz!” While replying to the actor tweet, Vidyut accidentally tagged Shah and wrote, “Thank you @AmitShah ..A tight virtual hug to you.” The goof up left netizens in splits and received hilarious reactions on the micro-blogging site. A user wrote, “Was it intentional to send the hug to teddy bear..If yes then much love.” Another commented, “This happens with everyone! esp with so many Amits, Rahuls, Priyankas and Sanjays on Twitter!” “Can’t stop thinking of you hugging Amit Shah Face with tears of joy,” read a comment.

VikTok sensation Sachin Tiwari, lookalike of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, stars in a film with a title shouting out the words Suicide and Murder. A section of fans, media and film industry watchers were naturally quick to infer that the film in question is a biopic of Sushant.

Director Shamik Maulik of the film however, hastens to quash such ideas. The film is neither a biopic, nor does it deal with Sushant’s untimely and tragic death, he insists. “This is not a biopic. The film is about how young men and women from small towns come to Mumbai with a lot of dreams. They also taste success, and when they are about to reach where they wanted to, suddenly they find other forces stopping them, because those people don't want to lose their position at the top,” said Shamik.

While Sachin plays the lead, right now the casting process is on for the rest of the characters, informs the director.

But why pick such a title for a film starring Sushant’s lookalike? “There are some situations where you have been forced to

The film's first look poster was shared on social media last week and everyone noted Sachin’s uncanny resemblance with Sushant. ilmmaker Apurva Asrani has become the crusader to fight against all those who maligned Sushant Singh Rajput’s reputation. From blind pieces to news articles citing the late actor and ‘bipolar and depressed’, Asrani is leaving no stone unturned to name and shame the film industry and media.

His latest attack was on a 2017 news article published in a daily, which was shut down in 2019. Asrani shared a picture of Sushant’s tweet, which included the published article titled as “Decoding Sushant’s tweets”.

Singh captioned it as, “Your attempt to mock me is appreciated but in doing so you’re also claiming that Sartre, Escher and Joel were bullshitting all their lives. (Credits were given). Oouchh!!”

FAsrani quote-tweeted the same and wrote, “Sushant Singh Rajput: To cure a sane man is way more difficult than curing one’s own insanity. DNA Aftr hrs: Clearly MR Rajput, tweets like these are making us question your sanity. In 2017, DNA compiled brilliant quotes from SSR & spun them all to make him seem insane. Do read.”

Earlier, Asrani named a Hindi daily for an article claiming Sushant was bipolar. He stated that the daily hasn’t names its source, adding that there’s a PR drive to influence public perception and to paint Singh as unstable.

Besides that in a detailed blog post titled as ‘Do Words Have the Power To Kill?’, Asrani asked questions leading to Rajput’s death. From being ignored by his peers, to even being accused of being a rapist under the MeToo Movement; he wondered if Sushant was bullied throughout.
