Peking agrees to talks sans prior terms
PEKING, Oct. 6 (Reuter) -- China has told India it is prepared to receive an Indian representative in Peking on October 15 to discuss the border dispute between the two countries, the New China News Agency said today.
A Note to India dated October 3 and published today also refused the "unjustifiable" stand of the Indian Government insisting on preconditions for the talks.
