The average spot power price fell by 3% to Rs 2.69 per unit in September as compared to the year-ago period on the Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) mainly due to ample supply. Moody's Investors Service on Monday assigned a Ba2 rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Periama Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiar y of JSW Steel Ltd. The outlook on the rating is negative, it said. Meanwhile, Fitch Ratings assigned a BB-minus rating.
