Traffic diversions in Thane on occasion of Eid-e-Milad

The Thane traffic department has announced the traffic diversions on the major connecting routes from ThaneBhiwandi-Wada-Kalyan. The traffic will be diverted to an optional route on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad observed on October 30.

A total of five routes that fall between Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, and Wada route will be shut on the occasion of Eid-eMilad, on Friday, October 30.

However, the optional routes have been made available for the vehicles.

"The vehicles plying towards Bhiwandi from the Wada route will be closed, while the traffic movement of this route will be diverted to the Ambadi NakaNational highway no.8-BMC pipeline route. The second route from Nadi Naka towards Bhiwandi will remain shut, while the traffic movement of this route will be diverted towards Parol phata-Gorsai Village direction," informed traffic official.
