Indian Overseas Bank organises Retail and MSME Loan Mela on January 15

Indian Overseas Bank, Regional Office Mumbai had organised Retail & MSME Loan Mela on January 15, 2021, earmarking start of 84th Foundation day celebration, which is on Februar y 10, 2021. On the occasion, Ajay Tembhekar, Chief Regional Manager Mumbai, addressed gathering and explained vision of founders of the Bank and also highlighted that IOB was the first bank to venture into consumer credit by introducing personal loan scheme and today Banking industr y is witnessing the various consumer loan products. P.P. Sengupta, MD & CEO of the Bank along with Chief Regional Manager Mumbai, Ajay Tembhekar, had distributed Loans sanction letters to 84 customers, aggregating to Rs.29 crore. These loans were among different categories like Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan, PM-SVA Nidhi, Chief Minister Employment Generation Programme (CMEGP) etc.
