Six acquitted in builder’s murder conspiracy case
MUMBAI: A special court under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) on Tuesday acquitted six persons in a case where the crime branch had alleged that these were men of gangster Ravi Pujari and were going to murder Dombivli-based builder Raju Patil. They had allegedly recovered a pistol and some cartridges from their possession when some were apprehended at a petrol pump.
