Not the 1st time

Hearty congratulations to the Indian cricket team for pulling out an incredible win from a situation in which a draw was almost certain. However, this is not the first time that our team has successfully chased a huge total in the second innings of a Test. Way back during the 1975-76 tour of the Caribbean, in the final Test, our master willowwielders managed to overwhelm a seemingly impossible target of 404; despite half the team suffering injuries as a result of a barrage of short-pitched deliveries let loose by the fearsome pace battery of the West Indies.
