RTE admissions for students of EWS to begin from Feb 9

MUMBAI: In an attempt to enable students of the economically weaker and disadvantaged sections in Maharashtra seek admissions, the state School Education Department has announced the application dates for admissions under the Right to Education (RTE) on Friday. Varsha Gaikwad, state school education minister, said, "For students of the economically weaker and disadvantaged sections, the admission process schedule under RTE 25 per cent seat reservation in private schools has been announced and the applications of interested students can be filled from February 9 to 26, 2021." -
