MACHUKA (SIANG, NEFA), JAN. 4 (PTI) -- Chinese kidnapped a Central Public Works employee, engaged in NEFA and a civilian carpenter when they withdrew 27 miles to the border from this mountain-locked hamlet ten days ago.

A correspondent, now touring the area says the Chinese launched an intensive campaign in the Monigong-Machuka area.

By false promises the Chinese lured 75 people, including 60 Tibetan refugees into accompanying them to the border.
