Special course held by MDZTI Dharwad for TTES of SWR on ‘Awareness in prevention of illegal Wildlife Trade In Rlys’

A Special One Day Workshop was conducted by MDZTI (MultiDisciplinar y Zonal Training Institute), Dharwad for TTEs of SWR on ‘Awareness in Prevention of Illegal Wildlife Trade in Railways’ on Januar y 12. This workshop was held in collaboration with subject matter experts of Humane Society International-India, Hubballi Dharwad, facilitated by Manjunath Chavan IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests, Dharwad Circle. Anil Pavithran IRTS, Principal Chief Commercial Manager, SWR addressed trainees at the beginning and exhorted them to stay aware, vigilant and alert in curbing this menace of illegal wildlife trade in Railways. He sought feedback from the field based on their experiences af ter the workshop.
