Police on WhatsApp from Feb 1

TheChhattisgarh Police will be available on Whatsapp from Februar y 1 so that people can directly complain and share their grievances. “We have initiated a new programme by @CG_Police to solve the problems of citizens through an online platform, SAMADHAN. It has received a good response. Now, we are starting SAMADHAN through Whatsapp from the February 1, DGP Chhattisgarh DM Awasthi tweeted on Wednesday. The Whatsapp number will be put in public domain for a prompt action in serious cases, a senior officer said.
