Two RPF personnels of Western Railway to receive the prestigious Indian Police Medal PFC receives ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ from Haryana government

Saurabh Trivedi – Chief Security Commissioner and Khimanand Belwal – Sub Inspector will be awarded with the prestigious Indian Police Medal for their Meritorious Services. Alok Kansal – General Manager of Western Railway has congratulated both RPF personnel for this great achievement on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day. According to Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of WR, right from his early days in service, during tenures at Alipurduar and Mysore, Saurabh Trivedi exhibited administrative acumen and flair for team work and policing, leading his men in the field to bust several criminal gangs involved in crime against railway property.During his service, he has displayed unmatched leadership, courage, determination, dedication, sensitivity, impartiality and firmness in dealing with activities of militant groups, anti-socials and criminals and organized crimes on Railways.
Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC), has been recognized by the Government of Haryana for exemplary work done under its Corporate Social Responsibility Practices (CSR) and the relief work undertaken during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Education Minister of Haryana, Kanwar Pal bestowed a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ to PFC during an event held on the Republic Day at Tau Devi Lal Stadium near Rajiv Chowk in Gurugram. P.K. Singh, Director (Commercial), PFC received the Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Company. PFC has been significantly contributing through CSR for the development of various segments and communities in the State of Haryana which includes empowering the unemployed youth through job-oriented skill training programs.
