The media and citizens must not publish the names of the parents or relatives of the victim

Even relationship between accused and the victim cannot not be published

If the victim is a student, name of school, college or any other educational institution, private coaching class, hobby class (music, drawing, dance, stitching, cooking etc) must not be published

During all proceedings mentioning name of the victim should be avoided

The victim (s/he) should be referred to as alphabet the Court deems fit and proper ‘X’ or any other
