GM Central Railway re-dedicates Heritage Locomotive donated to Nehru Science Centre

Sanjeev Mittal, General Manager, Central Railway re-dedicated the Heritage Electric Locomotive at a function held at Nehru Science Centre, Worli, Mumbai on 26.1.2021. Shivaprasad Khened, Director, Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai, B.K. Dadabhoy, Additional General Manager, Central Railway, A.K. Gupta, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer, Central Railway, A.K. Tewari, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer, Central Railway, Senior Officers of Nehru Science Centre and Central Railway were also present on the occasion. The DC Electric Loco No. 20024/WCP2, manufactured by Metropolitan Vickers Electrical Co. Ltd., Manchester, UK was commissioned in 1938 on GIPR.
