Paper trail must

Our Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman went paperless on Budget Day, tabulating the nation’s balance sheet on a Made in India tablet. The corona pandemic has been cited as reason for going digital. However, digital must not spell doomsday for the written and printed form of any language. Besides, why else does there continue to be such a clamour for paper ballots all over the world?
