Colleges, univs to remain shut

A day after announcing that class 9-12 will be opened from February 12, West Bengal Education Minister Partha Chatterjee on Wednesday said that Colleges and Universities will remain closed and students will continue with online classes.

After holding a closed-door meeting with all the vicechancellors of the Universities, Partha said that abiding by the protocols of the ongoing pandemic, hostels cannot be opened for which the colleges will remain close and the students will avail online classes.
