Brookfield REIT raises Rs 1,700 crore from anchor investors

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has raised 17.1 bln rupees from 39 anchor investors ahead of the public issue of its real estate investment trust, which will open for subscription today and close on Friday. The placement to the anchor investors was done at 275 rupees per unit, the upper end of the price band.
