POSOCO provides sanitary napkin vending machines to Girls school

Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO) on 03.02.201 handed over two Sanitar y Napkin Vending Machines to Salwan Girls Sr. Sec. School, New Delhi, under Swachhta Action Plan to promote menstrual health and hygiene.The machin were handed over by Shobha Rani, President, POSOCO’s Agrini Mahila Samiti to Puneet Sardana, Principal in presence of POSOCO and School management. Puneet Sardana, Principal, praised the move saying that vending machine will provide easy access of sanitar y napkin to ever y girl thereby creating awareness towards feminine health. The school currently has 1150 students enrolled.
