Essential service employees working in government offices usually work as per Indian timings so they have to board local trains from 7 am. By not allowing the general public in peak hours, the crowd can be minimized largely. Moreover, every individual should self-decide whether he/she is required to travel. Unnecessary travelling should be avoided.
