Divi’s Laboratories net profit rises 28% in Q3 on capacity expansion

Divi's Laboratories Ltd posted a net profit of 4.61 bln rupees for the December quarter, up 28% on year, which was in line with analysts' estimates. Capacity addition in the company's specialty chemical products and continued growth in its carotenoid and custom synthesis businesses led to the robust earnings, analysts said, who expect the momentum to continue going forward.
