Doorstep banking

Kudos to Bank of India for introducing door-step banking service (DSBS) for the pick-up and delivery of cash from their customers all over India. Following the '‘stay home to stay safe'’ norm, financial entities, predominantly banks, are now extending their services to the doorstep of their customers, to limit footfall at their branches. With this facility, customers don't have to visit their bank branch for cash deposit, cash withdrawal, cheque deposit or demand drafts. The BOI extends these facilities to customer’s' workplaces by appointing a service provider.
