Britannia open to buy new businesses, says Managing Director Varun Berry

Britannia Industries Ltd is open to acquire new businesses if they are available at the right price, Managing Director Varun Berr y said today. "We are open to inorganic acquisitions also but unfortunately the valuations are such that we are ver y conscious about what pay backs we should get," Berr y said at a post-earnings conference call with analysts.
