40% of I-T disputes resolved: Paliwal Out

Out of 8087 cases of income tax dispute, Chhattisgarh successfully resolved 3265 cases, said Dr SK Paliwal, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Department, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The resolution and settlement rate in the state remained 40% which is the highest ever in comparison to any other states in India, Dr Paliwal said. –
