Sudden demise

Shocked to learn about the sudden demise of actor Rajiv Kapoor at 58. Rajiv Kapoor made his Bollywood debut in ‘Ek Jaan Hain Hum’ back in 1983. He reminded many filmgoers of his uncle Shammi Kapoor. He starred in filmmaker-actor Raj Kapoor’s last directorial venture, ‘Ram Teri Ganga Maili Ho Gayi’, in 1985. He was last seen in ‘Zimmedaar’ in 1990, after which he turned to production and direction.
