Klitak Churn

Key property: It can help treat cough, dry cough, cold and dysphonia (impaired voice).

Ingredients: Black pepper, Yasthi madhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Rock sugar

Quantity: 1 to 3 grams. It should be taken with honey or with Mohta Vasa Expectorant, an ayurvedic product by Mohta Ayurvedic Institute. Or as per directed by the physician.

Kaaskalyan Churn

Key property: This ayurvedic powder is effective against asthma, cough and cold. It helps in removing the accumulated cough. Apart from that, it can also provide relief in sore throat. Its consumption can also help get rid of rashes and redness on the

chest area. Ingredients: Abresham (Bombyx Mori), Ruboosassu, Licorice, Kulinjan, Chicory seeds, Kharak, Bay leaves, Chhoti Pipal, Black pepper, Taj, White pepper, Nutmeg, Vanshlochan and Rock sugar.
