Koo: Stark fact

Ref: ‘Twitter yields partly to govt diktat’ (February 11). The new Koo app is partly Chinese, not 100 per cent indigenous. Government accounts are moving there, inspiring others to go there. What kind of conspiracy is this? Didn’t our government block numerous Chinese apps? Even if Koo is not Chinese, but of Indian origin, they had a small Chinese investor, who is on his way out, though.
