Greenply October-December sales fall 1.6% on year, net profit rises 17%

Greenply Industries Ltd's consolidated net profit for the December quarter rose 17.2% on year to 249.92 mln rupees. Revenue from operations fell 1.6% to 3.4 bln rupees. Sequentially, the net profit rose 34.7% and revenue was 15.2% higher. The company's other income rose to 15.85 mln rupees from 1.97 mln rupees a year ago.
