HC relief for Pune-based builder, son named in land scam

Questioning the Enforcement Directorate (ED) over its 'hurr y' to arrest Pune-based builder Avinash Bhosale and son Amit Bhosale, the Bombay High Court on Monday protected the father-son duo, from any coercive action till Februar y 22. The bench led by Justice Sambhaji Shinde said that since the duo have been cooperating with the probe, the ED must wait for a week at least.
