Cong bandh hits normal life in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR: Normal life was affected across Odisha on Monday due to a six-hour bandh called by the Congress in protest against the hike in prices of petrol and diesel. Educational institutions were closed, train services were hit and vehicles remained off the road during the bandh which began at 7 am. Some untoward incidents took place during the shutdown in Bhubaneswar, Puri district and Subarnapur district.
