Hangman waits

Meerut-based hangman Pawan Jallad is ready to execute the death warrant of Shabnam and Salim in Mathura jail. Pawan had inspected Mathura jail's hanging house six months ago and found it in a dilapidated state. He had even got the wooden platform and lever repaired. Pawan claims that he is ready for the task at hand and waiting for a call from the authorities.
