PANEL TO PICK BANKS TO BE PRIVATISED: ANURAG THAKUR

A committee of secretaries will identify the two public sector banks and the general insurer that will come up for privatisation in the next financial year starting April, said Minister of State for Finance Anurag Singh Thakur. "Nothing has been decided so far on this (privatisation of PSU banks)," he said. "A committee of secretaries will decide which banks will be privatised."
