17 bikers arrested for riding on Eastern Freeway

The RCF Police arrested 17 bikers for travelling on Eastern Freeway where two-wheelers are not allowed. The 17 bike riders were arrested under the IPC Sections 279 (rash driving) and 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others). In the wake of traffic safety week, traffic police conducted a special drive on Eastern Freeway on Monday and nabbed 17 two wheeler riders for taking the freeway. -
